All rental amounts are estimates. The final cost will be determined when you return your rental in accordance with the rental agreement terms. If the full 3.5% non-refundable payment processing fee was not included at the time your reservation is confirmed, the remaining balance of the non-refundable payment processing fee will be added at or before the end of your reservation.

At checkout, your payment method will be authorized for the full amount of the order if you pay by any payment method other than Zelle, Venmo or Cash App.

If your rental starts in more than 30 days, only 50% of the order amount will be charged when we accept your order, and the remaining amount authorized will be released and due at a later date in accordance with the rental agreement terms. Note that orders are not confirmed until we accept your order request and process your payment.

The cancellation period and fees are:

Free cancellation for and refund of all monies paid except processing fees:

• 48 hours after booking, so long as at least 30 days remain before the reservation begins
• 24 hours after booking when there are only 7 to 29 days remaining before the reservation begins
• 1 hour after booking when there are less than 7 days remaining before the reservation begins

If canceled more than 30 days prior to the start date of the reservation:

• Refunded: The remaining portion of the reservation deposit, net of non-refundable amounts listed below
• Not refunded: Any fees and associated taxes, including processing fees, background check fees and identity verification fees plus 10% of the reservation total

If canceled less than 30 days prior to the start date of the reservation or after the reservation starts:

• Refunded: $0
• Not refunded: 100% of the reservation
